*Requirements: 
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency) 
- Familiarity with Zoom
- Ability to facilitate small-group conversation classes in a relaxed, engaging format 
- Responsive on WhatsApp for scheduling and communication 
- Strong communication and teamwork skills 
- No prior teaching experience required; training provided
